Vychází především z nového zákona č. 171/2023 Sb., o ochraně oznamovatelů a Směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2019/1937 ze dne 23. října 2019 o ochraně osob, které oznamují porušení práva Unie.

Školení je zaměřeno na všechny zaměstnance firem a organizací.

Training focused on the protection of whistleblowers.

It is based primarily on the new Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report infringements of Union law.

The training is focused on all employees of companies and organisations.
